Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a printout of your authorization email inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
